Evolution of a Chair

This chair came to our house in really bad shape. It was nicked, scratched and smelled like smoke (don't get me started on the old upholstery).  I sanded it, and used a home recipe of chalk paint then went to work on the cushions. I had some left over fabric from a drum shade that I'd just made so I think I have about $15.00 into the cost of materials.  Hope you like! (P.S. On this piece I used a coat of polyurethane instead of wax.)
